Apave, a leading player in risk management, supports clients in safety, environment, and performance. With growing regulatory and societal expectations, the group sought to reinforce and structure its CSR strategy. The main objective was to consolidate existing efforts, clarify priorities, and strengthen the credibility of commitments towards clients, employees, and institutional stakeholders.

Approach & Methodology

Needl engaged a senior consultant to guide Apave through this strategic mission. The approach was structured in four steps:
